In 2020, our founders — a chartered accountant and a corporate lawyer — were tired of watching good businesses struggle with bad paperwork. Founders were losing months to compliance, paying hidden fees, and missing deadlines that cost lakhs in penalties.
We started RegisterEase with a radical idea: if a real expert owned every filing end-to-end, and pricing was transparent, compliance would stop feeling like a tax on ambition. Four years and 1.2 million filings later, we're still obsessed with the same mission.
