Refund Policy
Effective date: 17 April 2026
1. Our guarantee
We aim to deliver every service on time with accuracy. If you're not satisfied, we offer the following remedies.
2. Refund eligibility
A full refund is available if we fail to commence work within 7 days of payment, or if the government rejects a filing 3 times without your error.
3. Non-refundable items
Government fees (MCA, IP India, FSSAI, DGFT, Stamp Duty) are non-refundable once paid on your behalf.
4. Partial refunds
If work is partially completed, we refund the pro-rata unused professional fee within 14 business days.
5. Request process
Write to refunds@registerease.in with your order ID. Our team responds within 3 business days.
