By using RegisterEase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service scope
RegisterEase facilitates professional services rendered by independent Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Lawyers empanelled with us.
3. Fees & refunds
Fees are as per the plan selected. Government fees are at actuals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to expert queries promptly, and comply with applicable laws.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
