What you will learn
- Trademark search + filing workflow on IP India portal
- Drafting NDAs, founder agreements, MSAs, term sheets
- Reading + responding to examination reports + oppositions
- Commercial dispute resolution basics
- How legal ops translate into a repeat-revenue service line
Responsibilities
- ● Run TM searches across IP India, WIPO, common-law databases
- ● Draft trademark application narratives and classifications
- ● Support attorneys in hearing preparation
- ● Summarise case law for ongoing matters
- ● Draft and red-line commercial agreements
